Sepia provides experienced transformation practitioners to work as part of a client’s own team. They each come with a track record of delivering tangible benefits across the private and public sector. They bring structure and capacity when it is needed most and to support your own people during times of ambiguity and upheaval.
Whether you need a fresh pair of eyes to audit your existing approach to change, analytical support with business planning, help to establish a PMO or senior capacity to manage a project or programme of works Sepia can help.
Our mission is to simply help our clients be better. To do that we focus on outcomes that are operationally sustainable, delivered through your own people.
We focus on sustainable outcomes and do what is needed to achieve your goals. If we think your expectations are unrealistic, we'll tell you and then work with you to find a solution.
Where appropriate we can mobilise a team using our network of trusted associates and agencies (but our preference is to use your people wherever practical). Regardless, we always aim to develop the confidence and capability of your permanent teams - it's the only way to ensure that benefits stick.
Peter Scanlon founded Sepia in 2007 to help the NHS respond to the challenging pressures of delivering better quality at a lower cost. At the time, Peter, had been working at a management consultancy supporting mainly Acute Hospital turnaround and delivery of cost improvement plans. These clients often needed on-going help to deliver changes and a traditional consultancy approach was not cost effective.
